Kathy Lowry


Kathy is new to the scrapbooking industry and has been a longtime crafter. Kathy brings a fresh set of eyes and a new approach to paper crafting. Her forte is altered items - recycle, renew, reuse. Being a stay-at-home mom and cost conscious, she loves to create "green" designs -- thus, finding ways to use just about every piece of paper and re-useable item created by the family.
